1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. Items purchased through third-party suppliers or distributors must follow the return process of the respective third party.

- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund or replacement.
- All items must be in unused, original condition and packaging. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged cannot be returned unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or refund.
- We may request images or other documentation to verify the damage or defect.
- If a replacement is requested and available, we will send a replacement item at no additional charge. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
4. Non-Defective Returns
- Returns of non-defective items are accepted only if the items are returned in their original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Refund Process
Once we have received the returned item and processed it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be issued in full, including the cost of return shipping.

- Before Dispatch: You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return procedure outlined above.
- After Dispatch: If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the return will be treated according to our normal returns policy.
8. Shipping Charges
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
